sandy bottom farms jalapenos lacto fermented for one month using maine sea salt, blended with dwight miller orchards apple cider vinegar and allowed to rest in cloth topped ceramic crock for one month.

this hot sauce is a living product, not pasteurized, and must be kept refrigerated.

SOLERA SUPER HOT | LIMITED RELEASE

sandy bottom farms aleppo, hungarian paprika, and habanero chiles lacto fermented for six months using maine sea salt, blended with our malt vinegar and allowed to rest in cloth topped ceramic crock for six months before being harvested. we save twenty five percent of each batch as a starter ferment for the next batch.  

this hot sauce is a living product, not pasteurized, and must be kept refrigerated.

PUMPKIN BUTTER

sandy bottom farms pie pumpkins cooked, pureed, and simmered for twenty four hours with honey and sage. we use no added pectin or sugar to thicken this jam.

this jam contains no preservatives, is not pasteurized and must be kept refrigerated.

MALT VINEGAR

created in collaboration with foam brewers, we introduce our wild mother to a base farmhouse ale and allow microbes to work for three months converting beer in to vinegar. 

this vinegar is a living product, not pasteurized, and will evolve over time.
