SUMAC JUN

wild foraged sumac steeped in reverse osmosis filtered water blended with wildflower honey fermented for eight days with our jun mother. no sugar is used in the making of our jun or feeding of our mother.

PUMPKIN JAM

sandy bottom farms pie pumpkins cooked, pureed, and simmered for twenty four hours with honey and sage. we use no added pectin or sugar to thicken this jam.

this jam contains no preservatives, is not pasteurized and must be kept refrigerated.

MALT VINEGAR

created in collaboration with foam brewers we introduce our wild yeast mother to a base farmhouse ale and allow microbes to work for a month converting beer in to vinegar. 

this vinegar is a living product, not pasteurized, and will evolve over time.
