sandy bottom farms aleppo, hungarian paprika, and habanero chiles lacto fermented for six months using maine sea salt, blended with our malt vinegar and allowed to rest in cloth topped ceramic crock for six months before being harvested. we save twenty five percent of each batch as a starter ferment for the next batch.
